This Privacy Policy explains how Boxi IO (operating under the legal entity Printest OÜ) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Doneit mobile application.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the core functionality of the App (task tracking, history, and family sharing), we collect and process the following types of data:

• Authentication Data: A unique Firebase User ID (UID) allows us to store your data securely. If you link a Google Account, we store your email address and basic profile info provided by Google.
• User-Generated Content: We store the tasks you create (e.g., "Meds", "Lock Door"), notes, time preferences, and your activity history (timestamps).
• Family Sharing Data: If you use the sharing feature, we process the Share Codes generated to link your account with a family member's device.
• Purchase Information: We track subscription status (Active/Inactive) via RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card details; all payments are processed by Google Play.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the App. These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To synchronize your data across devices in real-time.
• To enable the "Family Sharing" feature, allowing a linked follower to view your task completion status.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (including strict Firebase Security Rules). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Deletion Policy

In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, Doneit allows users to request the deletion of their account and all associated data.

How to request data deletion?

To ensure the security of your data and verify the ownership of the account, please follow these steps to request full data removal:

Please include the following in your request:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• To identify your account, include one of the following in the email body:
  • The email address used for Google Sign-In (if you linked your account).
  • OR
  • Your unique "Share Code" (found in the app under Settings -> Family Sharing -> My Share Code), if you are using the app anonymously.

Your request will be processed, and all data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

What data will be deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from Printest OÜ servers (Firebase):

• Account Credentials: Your unique User ID (Firebase UID) and authentication records.
• User-Generated Content: All created tasks, routines, notes, and time preferences.
• Activity History: All logs regarding completed tasks and timestamps.
• Social Connections: Your generated sharing codes and links to family members (followers will no longer see your data).
• Subscription Data: Links between your user ID and active subscriptions (RevenueCat).
